At Sareeva, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer support team.

Once the cancellation request is approved, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped from our warehouse. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.

After Delivery

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of delivered the order.

Sarees Customized or Altered on Request

Orders involving any customization, alteration, fall-pico work, blouse stitching, or special requests cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

Cancellation by Sareeva

Sareeva reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Payment issues or failed verification
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Unforeseen operational circumstances

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline

  • Online Payments: 5–7 Business Days
  • UPI Payments: 2–5 Business Days
  • Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card: As per the respective bank’s processing time
