At Sareeva, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality sarees and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
If the saree remains torn, then the saree will be taken back. But if you don’t like the saree colour or saree design, then the saree will not be taken back.
(If the saree remains torn, at first you must take a picture and mail us. Our team will check it and we will take your saree and return your payment, but it must be done within 4 hours.)
It’s not chance to happen because no more 3rd party sell their product through this company. This company directly sells product to you.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product delivered is significantly different from the product ordered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any)
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Sarees with fall-pico work, blouse stitching, or any customization
- Products purchased during clearance, special sale, or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)
- Minor color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings
- Personal preference or change of mind after delivery
Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@sareeva.org.in
- Provide:
- Order Number
- Product Name
- Reason for Return
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Sareeva reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after verification.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within:
- UPI Payments: 2–5 Business Days
- Debit/Credit Cards: 5–7 Business Days
- Net Banking: 5–7 Business Days
- Wallet Payments: As per provider policies
The refund timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only in the following situations:
- Damaged Product
- Defective Product
- Wrong Product Delivered
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund.
Order Cancellation & Refund
Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.
Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a mistake on Sareeva’s part (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping charges will be borne by Sareeva.
- In other approved cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Sareeva’s Right to Refuse Returns
Sareeva reserves the right to reject returns if:
- The product is found used or damaged by the customer.
- Original tags or packaging are missing.
- Return requests are made beyond the allowed period.
- The claim is found to be invalid after inspection.
